The Pearl is located on a dramatic bluff with wonderful views of The Caribbean Sea, Hamm's Bluff and Cane Bay. We offer use of the main and lower floors for your enjoyment providing guests the utmost in privacy for two. While the upper floor is not available for rental (owner’s space—EMPTY DURING RENTALS—it’s just you!). The home has a beautiful private oceanfront location and is just a short stroll from the beaches, diving, restaurants and bars at Cane Bay. You can also grab groceries (15 minutes away) and just enjoy the view while preparing meals in our beautiful fully equipped kitchen.
This new, finely detailed neo-Mediterranean style home includes features and amenities including travertine flooring, French terra cotta roof tiles, antique brick patios, coral stone pool deck, a cook's kitchen with marble counters and professional appliances, beautiful bathroom with premium nickel faucets and spacious travertine showers, central air conditioning, and a sumptuously furnished king master on the lower level.
The Pearl is gated for total privacy. Park on the street and enter the property on the main level and enter into the great room which contains the living area, and the kitchen. Screened sliding glass doors from the living area open to a spacious antique brick covered patio with views of the pool and the crashing surf featuring the outdoor dining table. Another set of sliders opens onto the coral stone pool patio and there is a separate powder room adjacent to the pool. Comfortable lounge furniture overlooks the pool and the view from the pool really has to be seen to be believed. The living area features a beautiful décor. There is a Samsung smart tv for your enjoyment.
The spacious king suite is located on the first (lower) floor and is accessed by an interior travertine stairway. This room has our favorite view as it it low enough to see and hear the waves hitting the rocks and the amazing turquoise Caribbean Sea. The custom en-suite bath is light and bright and features a large shower. The suite offers a comfortable king bed/mattress and cotton sheets and towels. The spacious covered antique brick patio features comfortable lounge furniture for relaxing and enjoying the incredible views. There is a Samsung smart TV for your streaming pleasure. The laundry facilities are also conveniently located in this lower level bedroom.
