The minute you walk through the front door, you will be drawn to the walls of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking beautiful sandy beaches and turquoise waters. With its high ceilings, open floor plan and many sliding glass doors, all the rooms offer beautiful ocean views.
Perched high on the lush Northside of St. Thomas, TreeTops is situated perfectly to allow guests to take advantage of both the cooling breezes and enchanting sounds of the rain forest that will lull you to sleep at night. Surrounded by jungle foliage, the house and pool deck offer complete privacy. Add in the beautiful views, and you’ll quickly see why TreeTops is an excellent place for relaxing, or for a romantic vacation or honeymoon. The very private heated pool, deck and outdoor patio offer both shade and sunny lounging areas, and overlook the trees with a stunning vista towards Magens Bay.
On the main level, the master bedroom is framed with sliding glass doors and breathtaking views. From this bedroom, you can directly access the pool deck and private bathroom or relax in the cozy master sitting area. A Sleep Number king size bed allows for custom mattress firmness selection. Adjust the bed to your comfort level, snuggle into the high end linens, and let the chirps of the Coqui frogs lull you to sleep. The master has split a/c, but most guests prefer to sleep with the sliders open and take in the cool ocean breezes and night sounds of the rainforest. The master also features a walk in closet that provides plenty of storage and the convenience of a main floor washer and dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes newer stainless steel appliances, plenty of dishes and utensils, even a Keurig coffee maker. And the gas grill on the deck offers a great alternative for sizzling up a steak or fresh fish.
The living room is outfitted with comfy furniture along with a big screen tv, including access to streaming services (Amazon, Netflix). There are two bathrooms on the main level.
Through a separate entrance on the lower level, you will find the second bedroom. The perfect family bedroom, it is furnished with 1 queen size and 2 twin beds. It features walls of windows with the same spectacular views seen from the first level, and also boasts its own full bathroom, split a/c and private balcony with outdoor seating.
TreeTops is centrally located and is a convenient base from which to explore the 31 square-mile island. Whether you're interested in sunning and swimming, shopping or restaurants, you are only minutes away by car from Magens Bay beach (rated by National Geographic as 1 of the top ten beaches in the world) Charlotte Amalie with its duty free shopping, and the many great local eateries on island.
Beach chairs, coolers and beach towels are also provided for your use while on the island. We provide an easy map and turn by turn directions from the airport to find your way to our little piece of paradise. We are fortunate to have a 20+ year resident as our local professional property manager just minutes away, who will greet you upon arrival, walk you through the home and its features as well as be available nearby to address any issues or questions you may have while here. We're all happy to share own tips and suggestions for where to go, what to eat, and how to make the most of our wonderful island and surrounding areas!

Our base rate is set for 2 adults sharing the master bedroom and access provided to the main floor of the house. When >2 people are in your party, the 2nd level of the home is opened up (which provides access to the 2nd bedroom and 2nd ensuite bathroom). This is very common layout and scenario on island where most of the houses are built into the side of the mountain). When renting to > 2 guests, additional guest fees apply ($50/person/day), which covers the additional cleaning and utility costs associated with having extra people (> the base rate of 2). We do rent very frequently to just a single couple, so we set our rates for the base of 2 people, to be cost and environmentally friendly- not opening up the lower level, charging more than we need to, not over cleaning, running a/c utilities etc, when not needed. If both bedrooms are needed for just 2 people, enter 3 guests in your reservation to add the appropriate fees to open the 2nd level/bedroom.
