Bring the whole family to the Caribbean in our brand new updated, waterfront with a balcony, two bedroom / two bathroom condo. We are centrally located on the south side of St Thomas, with views overlooking the Caribbean Sea, and Bolongo Bay beach only steps from your door.. Enjoy dining at the Caribbean restaurant on property, Mim’s Bistro, and the comfort of our condo, which is fully backed up by a new generator.
The whole unit was newly updated in the summer of 2024. The condo association has a generator, so power outages are not a problem. Enjoy a balcony that stretches from the dining room to the master bedroom, overlooking the waves. One king sized bedroom with blackout curtains and balcony access. One queen sized bedroom. Both bedrooms have full closets with hangers and a luggage rack. The pull out couch turns into a queen bed. Two full bathrooms. Laundry in unit with detergent and dryer sheets. Full kitchen and dining has plenty of cooking supplies, plus tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, and fruits. New AC in every room, plus fans. Restaurant and pool on property are just a few steps from the condo. Bolongo bay beach is to the left of the condo property, and is directly accessible from the parking lot ramp located to the left of the first building.
Guests can access a patio with furniture from the dining room and main bedroom that overlooks the pool and ocean.
