- The Main Pool and whirlpool spa will be closed for refurbishment from Aug. 2026 through Nov. 2026. During this time, the beach and food and beverage service will remain open. This work will be executed from Monday through Saturday each week and we anticipate some noise between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S Virgin Islands’s “Environmental/ Infrastructure Impact Fee” on timeshare occupancy requires the resort to collect a nightly fee of $25 for each timeshare villa
