You can hear the waves below. You are in a secluded, yet convenient and safe gated neighborhood outside of Christiansted, St. Croix, VI. This property is named the “Pink House” and is well known by its guests. It has been a vacation property for nearly 2 decades. Come down, relax, unwind and live your best life.
The space
The “Pink House” is a virtual island fortress. The house is located on a hilltop in a private, upscale and secure neighborhood of Judiths Fancy. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable, the home is just 10 minutes from historic and charming Christiansted. The home is equipped with all modern conveniences including air conditioning in every room and WiFi. The master bedroom has its own private balcony, claw foot tub and 180 degree water views. It is private, comfortable and perfect for your family vacation, extended trip, remote work assignment or whatever you want!

You’ll have access to the whole house. There is a beach you can walk to that is part of the neighborhood. You are on a 2 acre hilltop property that affords 270 water views of the northern shore of St. Croix, Buck Island, the British Virgin Islands, the Caribbean Sea and Salt River Lagoon.
Other things to note
Our internet is high speed and no passport required! Remote workers are most welcome. The price you pay for includes the hotel tax. Be careful if you book elsewhere that this is included. You paid to rent our property, you’ve paid for cleaning and you’re on vacation. Don’t worry about cleaning when you leave. The house is fully stocked including the kitchen. There are spices, coffee, a keurig, a nespresso and a blender. Beach towels are also provided. There is a washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room with an outside entrance. There is also a gas grill bbq. The laundry is shared with another 1 bedroom unit. The laundry is the only shared space on the property.
